Why sponsor Wool & Holly?

Wool & Holly aims to bring together local and indie dyers and makers for a one-of-a-kind, festive shopping experience. This is an opportunity for you to support and connect with local artists and small businesses who have a passion for the fiber arts, like you do.

Since this is the only fiber-based event happening this time of year we are anticipating a packed house, and our goal is that you gain visibility and engagement with this community through sponsorship from businesses like yours.

What Does your Sponsorship Support?

Financial support helps our event cover things like: 

  • Community Space Booths (free booths for non-profit vendors)
  • Complimentary snacks and provisions for vendors & staff
  • FREE hot cocoa bar to all patrons
  • Printing of marketing flyers/event program
  • And more!

In kind donations help support our hourly raffle baskets, which encourage patrons to stay longer and try new items from new fiber businesses.

Sponsorship Tiers:

We have several sponsorship tiers designed to provide various levels of exposure and benefits, including:

Sweater Level: $2,500: This level helps cover event-wide programs, such as our FREE hot cocoa bar or AV music set up for festive music throughout the event.

As a thank you, you'll get sponsoring company logo on one of our Entertainment Areas, such as "Cocoa Bar brought to you by YOUR COMPANY," advertisement space in our printed show map, and logo in the footer of all email communications, plus all of the benefits below.

Scarf Level - $1,000: This level helps support our non-profit community partners with a free table space, bringing more informational and educational programs to the event.

As a thank you, you'll get the full Wool & Holly Merch Package, On-screen advertisement (1 slide) in event lobby slide show, logo on printed promotional materials including marketing flyers and onsite signage, plus all of the benefits below.

Beanie Level -$500: This level helps cover printing of marketing flyers (which gets our attendees in the door), event programs, and event signage & wayfinding.

As a thank you, you'll get a Wool & Holly tote bag, acknowledgement on 2+ social media posts leading up to the event, plus all of the benefits below.

Mitten Level - $250: This level helps provide complimentary snacks for vendors and day-of staff, as well as festive and sparkly decorations throughout the venue.

As a thank you, you'll get your logo with link on the Wool & Holly sponsors’ page and on printed show map, plus 5 Free Tickets to the event.

In-Kind Donations:

We are looking to create packages for prize drawings and/or goodie bags and are soliciting in-kind donations for inclusion in these packages.

This can be anything like yarn, stitch markers, stickers, pins, printed patterns, or similar.
